April L. McLaurin is a choreographer, dancer, and visual artist blending movement and narrative through dance, design, and film. Based in North Carolina.

April creates interdisciplinary work using storytelling, choreography, dance, design, and more. Her work is known for its bold aesthetic, emotional depth, and genre-fluid approach. She has created original visual dance films, choreographed award-winning routines for competition teams, and taught at studios, intensives, and events across the East Coast.
